Got a text saying I won money from a Powerball winner

I got this message saying someone who won the Powerball wants to give me a million dollars. They said my number was selected as one of the winners. All I had to do was call a certain phone number to claim it.

The number they gave was (480) 980-7329. The whole thing felt off. I looked it up and there's no website or anything, just an email address, [email protected], and a mention of Spring Valley, OH. I didn't call or send any money, but it's clearly a scam. They're just phishing for people's information.
