Call about a blood test bill I never got

Someone called me from (208) 668-2132. They said I had a blood test sent to Med. Diagnostics Lab by my initial lab back in April 2024. They claimed my insurance didn’t cover all the costs and now the bill was going to collections and would hit my credit.

I took the woman’s phone number and extension. Told her I’d check my records first. But I never had any blood tests done in the first half of 2024. No unpaid medical bills either. So this whole thing didn’t make sense to me.
