Fake invoice from Med Pulse with no phone number

We got a fax from Med Pulse trying to bill us for services we never ordered or approved. The fax didn't have any phone number or fax number on it, just their website medpulse.app and an address in Dallas.

The invoice is for stuff we never used or asked for. I looked at their email [email protected] but I'm not going to contact them. This feels like a fake bill hoping we'll just pay it without checking. Their address is 9535 forest land wuite 114j, Dallas, TX 75243.

We never do business with this company. Not sure how they got our fax number. Just throwing this out there so others know.

Fax invoice for services I never ordered

I got a fax from Med Pulse with an invoice for $479.85 for fax services. It had an invoice number, date, and even an account number. I have never used any fax service from this company.

The return address says 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. They also have a website www.medpulse.app and email [email protected]. The phone number on it is (215) 967-8178.

This looks like a fake bill trying to get me to pay for something I didn't order. Just wanted to report it so others know.

Fax invoice for services we never ordered

We got a fax here at the office, it was addressed to Accounts Payable - Office Administrator. It was an invoice from Med Pulse, invoice number INV-PA48877, dated 8/17/206. The bill was for something called "Secure Fax Routing & Encryption - Annual Plan" and also "Fax Number Spoofing Prevention" and "Automatic Delivery Confirmation & Audit Log."

The thing is, we never signed up for any of this. I have no idea who these people are or how they got our fax number. The invoice has their website, www.medpulse.app, and an address in Dallas, TX on Forest Lane. There's also an email, [email protected].

It just looks like a fake bill trying to get us to pay for a service we don't have. We didn't lose any money because we're not paying it, but it's annoying to deal with.

Fax invoice from Med Pulse for a service I never signed up for

I got a fax invoice from something called Med Pulse. It says I owe $358.80 for a “secure fax routing service – annual plan” and “deliver confirmation add-on.” I never ordered anything like that from them. I don't even know what that is.

The address on the invoice is 9535 Forest Lane, Suite 114J, Gandeeville, WV 25243. Their website is medpulse.app and the email is [email protected]. I didn't lose any money yet because I'm not paying it, but this is just a scam trying to get me to send them money for nothing. I wanted to report it so nobody else falls for it.

Bill from Med Pulse for services I never signed up for

Got a bill from Med Pulse for $358.80. It came with an attachment. I never signed up for anything with them and never received any services from them either. No idea where this came from.

The bill says their address is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J in Dallas, TX. Phone number is 800-464-8315. Email is [email protected]. Website is medpulse.app.

I don't owe this money. Never used their service. Just got this random invoice in the mail.
