Got a job offer from Medcare Institute asking for my social security number

I got a job offer from Medcare Institute. It was for work from home, saying I'd get $18 an hour during training and then $28 an hour after. They sent me documents to fill out. The documents were asking for my banking information and my Social Security number and other personal details. It felt off to me, asking for all that right away. I didn't give them anything or lose any money, but it didn't seem right for a job offer.
