Paid for Verizon services through a website that turned out to be fake

I found this website medcare.institute and they said I could pay my Verizon bill through them. I was supposed to pay Verizon $238.00 and then every month $168 for the services. It all looked legit at first.

I sent the money and then nothing. No service, no confirmation from Verizon, nothing. The email they gave was [email protected] and now I can't get ahold of anyone.

It was all a scam. I didn't lose any money yet thank god but I almost did. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.
