Got a weird voicemail about an urgent legal matter

I got a voicemail from a number I don't know. The person said they were calling from "the mediation department" about an urgent legal matter that needed my immediate attention. They used a family member's name and said there was a pending complaint.

They gave a case number and said I had to speak to a case administrator right away. The message said the call was logged and recorded as proof they tried to notify me. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from a mediation department. The number was (877) 643-5868 and they said they were based in Arizona.
