Called Honda for a part and got stuck on a medical alert sales call

I called a Honda parts number to order a part I needed. A recording came on the line asking if I wanted a free medical alert device. I said yes. Then I got transferred to a woman and I asked if there is a monthly fee for using the service. She said yes. I told her I was not interested and please transfer me back to finish ordering my part with Honda.

She would not. She just kept trying to sell me the services. The company name is Medical Alert 24/7. What a joke. This woman sells devices to the elderly and I think I qualify. I am 66 yrs old I've had several stents and a double bypass. She thought it would be funny to make me upset, talk over me and refuse to transfer me back.
