Medicare EOB shows fake catheter charges from a Florida company I've never heard of
I live in Ohio. I've never been to Hollywood, Florida. I don't know this company at all. I also don't know the person they listed as ordering the supplies, someone named Susan M. Kaufman. I have never used catheters, not any kind.
I reported it to the Medicare Fraud Unit. I read online this company is known for doing this to Medicare recipients. Hopefully they get put out of business.
