Got a call saying they need to review my Medicare screenings

I got a call from someone saying they need to review my health and preventive screenings for my Medicare insurance. They told me to call back at 971-346-9225. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for any review like this. The call came from (855) 508-5318. I didn't give them any information or money, but it was just strange to get a call like that out of nowhere. I don't know who they really are.
