Daily calls from people saying they are with Medicare

I keep getting calls every single day from people saying they are with Medicare. They want to know if I have parts A and B. I hung up the first few times and now I just don't answer my phone personally anymore. I let the answering machine get it.

These callers never leave a message on the machine. Not once. So I have no idea who they really are or what number to call back. It's just the same thing over and over. I'm tired of it.
