Got a notice saying Medicare paid thousands for catheters I never got
The problem is, I never got any catheters. Not a single one. I didn't order them and I don't need them. The doctor's name on the form, I've never even heard of that person. None of it is real.
According to the notice, Medicare already paid out $5,644.80 for these fake charges. This is for stuff that never happened. I'm looking at this paper and it's all made up. The address for the billing company is 1805 S Bellaire St. Ste 480-01 in Denver, CO. The phone number listed is (720) 986-4960. I don't know who these people are, but they billed for things I never received.
