Billed for medical services I never got

I got a billing to my Medicare Supplement plan. It was for services from the last eight months. I never received any of those services. They charged for things I didn't get. It just showed up on the billing. I don't know why they're saying I got care when I didn't. The whole thing doesn't make sense to me.
