Got a misleading Medicare letter in the mail with no return address.

I got this letter in the mail with no return address. It says it's about a Medicare Advantage Plan. At the top, in all capital letters, it says "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS REQUESTED." It says they're trying to reach me about maybe being eligible for a plan with extra benefits and to call a number to speak with a licensed agent.

In the small print at the bottom, it finally says it's an advertisement. It says "Medicare Support Hotline is a registered DBA of Call Trader, LLC" and that it's not part of a government agency. I looked up both of those names. All I found were reports saying the same kind of contact is a Medicare scam. The phone number on my letter is different from the ones I saw in other reports, so I'm adding my experience here.
