Got a weird text about a Medicare wellness update

I got a text message saying, "CAROL, you are due for your Medicare-covered wellness update. As part of your routine care, we need to review your current health status and make sure all preventive screenings are fully documented and complete."

It told me to call back at (971) 346-9535 for more info. I don't know who this is from. I didn't sign up for any updates like this. The whole thing felt off. I didn't call the number.
