Website selling kidney treatment with fake Texas address

I found this site mediluxlifecare.com that says they sell herbal stuff to reverse advanced kidney disease and help dialysis patients. They list an address at 2601 McKinney Ranch Parkway in Texas so it looks like a real local business. But the address is just an apartment unit.

The products come from India and are not regulated at all. They use fake testimonials and paid articles that look like real news to trick people who are desperate. I called the number 1(214) 982-6919 and emailed [email protected] but it doesn't feel right. They also have another site mediluxayurveda.com.
