Ordered shoes from Medolce.com, never got them and lost $70

I ordered a pair of shoes from medolce.com back on January 25. I never received them. I’ve emailed the company at [email protected] multiple times asking for my money back. Every time, they just tell me the order is “on the way.” It’s an absolute scam site. Now they have my credit card information too. I lost $70.00.
