Faxed invoice for support we never ordered

I got a faxed invoice saying I owe them money. The website is medpulse.app and the address they put is 9535 Forest Lane Suite 114J, Dallas, TX 75243. I have never talked to this company before. I never ordered any kind of support coverage for our fax number. It just showed up out of nowhere. I don't know why they think I owe them anything.
