They billed me again after refunding and won't give my money back
I signed up with MEDVi to get a refill of pills I originally bought in Mexico, so there was no prescription. They asked for a picture and blood work, so I sent it. For two days, all I got was the same reply asking for a picture of my prescription. We went back and forth over the phone and email.
I finally told them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They did refund it. Then a month later, they billed my credit card again for $299.11. When I called, they said my account was still active because their person didn't cancel it, they only refunded the money. Now they won't give me my money back. They say it's their policy not to refund money that's already been processed, but they processed a refund the first time I asked. It doesn't make sense. They just want your money.

Charged extra $149 for weight loss plan after agreeing to $179 a month
I saw this website Medvi for a weight loss plan. It was a 4 dose thing and the site said it was $179 per month. I agreed to that and I paid.
Then they just took another $149 out of my account! I tried to talk to someone about it and they acted like they didn't know anything. It doesn't make any sense.
