Megapress scam

No such company, they fake being a a local company to order machines from a fake manufacturer in Billings Montana. The two involved have a accent, they request a wire to a Wells Fargo Account in another city. Wells Fargo will not tell you anything with regards to if the account is connected to the fake company MegaPress.

Fake machinery company sent me a quote and pushed for deposit

I got a quote from a company called Mega Press Machinery. They wanted a deposit of $34,010.62 for some machines. The address they gave is 831 Cerise Rd in Billings, Montana 59101. I started looking into them because something felt off.

I checked with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce and the Secretary of State in Montana. None of them show this as a real business. GoDaddy who hosts their site shows info in Australia. So I did not send them any money.

They keep emailing me pushing for the deposit. The guy I been talking to is Jason Miller, he calls himself Sales Coordinator. His phone is +1 (406) 561-1284 and email is [email protected]. I did not fall for it but I wanted to put this out there.
