Ordered laundry baskets from a Facebook link, now the site is gone

I ordered two custom quilted laundry baskets from a link on Facebook. The website was Melevace.com. I got an email to confirm the order, but when I tried to check the tracking, the link just said "This site can’t be reached."

I looked it up and found another website, Melovco.com, and that one wouldn't load either. There's no phone number. I tried their support email, [email protected], and that address doesn't work either. The Melevace.com URL does come up, but there's no way to contact anyone on the site. I can't even find my order using their order number.

I saw someone else on bbb.org is having the exact same problem. I paid $78 and I think this is a scam business.
