Ordered six pillows from mellowsleep and got charged for extra cases I never got

I bought 6 pillows from mellowsleep.com on 3 separate orders. The prices were all different but they said it was because of promotions. Every pillow came with the same cases on them, but they charged me for 2 extra pillow cases I didn't even receive.

I tried talking to customer service but they never fixed it. They just kept going in circles and never gave me a solution. I lost about 20 dollars total.
