Ordered duffle bags with cow print, got elephants instead

I ordered two quilted animal print duffle bags from Melovaco.com. The photos on the website showed a quality-looking product. What I received was inferior and not what I ordered at all. I specifically ordered the highland cows print and they sent me elephants.

The company refuses to give a refund or even provide return information. They did offer a 15% refund, but only if I paid to ship the items back to them first. And then the 15% would only be granted if they approved it. That doesn't make any sense.

I tried to upload photos of what I ordered versus what I got on their site, but it only allowed one photo. I have all the photos, and the emails I sent to their customer service at [email protected] asking to return the items. Neither bag was what I ordered. I'm out $85.48.
