Pop-up ad said my Apple Card had a charge I didn't make

I was on my computer and a pop up ad came up saying my Apple Card w[censored]ding a charge for $249.95. It said if it wasn't me to call 1-883-414-5341. There was also another number 855-920-6021.

So I called the second number. The guy who answered said his name was Melvin Baxter and gave me an Apple ID number 8PP429. He had me call another number 202-596-2768. Then he wanted me to open a WhatsApp account. I told him no and hung up.

I checked my Apple Card and there's no charge like that. Melvin had some kind of accent.
