No refund after product didn’t work for my mom’s dementia
I ordered from Memogenesis because they said there was a refund if the product didn’t work. My mother has Dementia and I was trying to be proactive, you know? So I bought it, hoping it would help.
When it didn’t do anything, I asked for a return label to send back what was left and get my refund. I actually asked twice. Never got a response. No email back, nothing.
Their website is memogenesis.com and they’re at some address in Colorado. I lost about $219. I just wanted my money back like they promised.

Ordered from MemoGenesis, returned product, and never got our $504 refund.
We placed two orders from MemoGenesis back on January 22nd. When the product came, we saw it had an ingredient my wife’s doctor warned her about—it can cause more migraines. So on January 29th, I emailed their support.
Someone named Laura from customer service got back to me. She said to fill out a refund form and send the unopened bottles back. We did all that. Sent the bottles and the form on February 14th and waited for our $504.15.
The refund never showed up. I emailed again on March 24th. Laura replied and said yeah, we did everything right, but now the 30-day period was over. She admitted the delay was the company’s fault, but said we had to fill out the same form all over again.
On March 30th, I told them we weren’t filling out another form. It just felt like another delay to avoid paying us. We never heard back.
