Bill Gates video led me to buy Memopryl with no results

I bought 15 bottles of Memopryl and took it for 3 months. Nothing happened. I saw this 30 minute video with Bill Gates and he talked about lithium in the water and honey on some island and how it made a huge difference. So I figured I'd try it.

When you get the product there's no mention of lithium at all. I tried it and no noticeable difference. The email [email protected] and the phone number 323 286 4982 just refer you to supportmyvitality.com. I tried that website 5 times and just got an undeliverable notice from the internet postmaster.

I guess if it seems to good to be true it is. It's a real shame stuff like this goes on in this country. Buyer beware.

Ad about Bill Gates memory product with no real company

I saw this ad online about a medical product that Bill Gates supposedly pioneered to prevent memory loss. It sounded legit enough I guess, so I ordered it. The website was MemoPryl and they took 331.94 dollars from me.

When I got the package it was clearly not what was advertised. Just some cheap stuff, not the medical product they showed. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The address on the site is 19655 E 35th Dr Ste 100 in Aurora, CO but I don't know if that's even real. I just want my money back. This was supposed to help with memory, not make me feel stupid for falling for it.

Ordered Memopryl after Bill Gates video, no refund yet

I ordered Memopryl after watching a video that had Bill Gates promoting it. I bought 18 bottles for $642 total. After I placed the order, I decided to look into it more and found out Bill Gates has nothing to do with this product.

I asked for a refund. It was pretty difficult. They have this "dedicated Customer Advance Support Portal" at https://supportmyvitality.com and I tried that first. The AI responding said she'd make sure someone got in touch with me. Nothing happened.

So I called 323-286-4982. After a few offers to let me keep the product at a reduced price, I finally got instructions. I had to mail it back and email them the tracking number. I did that and got confirmation it was delivered on 7/20. Still no refund.

Ordered a memory supplement, tried to return, lost money instead

I saw this website selling a memory supplement that was supposedly developed by Bill Gates. There was a video of Bill Gates, or maybe someone who looks like him, talking about how great the product is. So I ordered some.

After I got it I decided to return it for a full refund. Then they sent me another package I didn't order. I called the toll free number but got a message saying the number wasn't assigned. I called another number and a person told me everything would be taken care of and to email [email protected]. I did that but nobody answered back and I never got my refund. I lost $443.
