Ordered something that never came, then it showed up after I got a refund

I ordered from Memorise Pro and the product just never got delivered. They kept telling me it was "undeliverable" for some reason. I didn't know what that meant, since the address was correct.

I ended up contacting my credit card company about it. They gave me my money back, which was a relief. Then, out of nowhere, the package actually arrived at my house.

Now I have the item, but I already got the refund. I'm sending it back to their address in Colorado that I have, 19855 East 35th Drive Ste 100, Aurora. The whole thing felt really disorganized and didn't make sense.
