Insurance claims filed for medical supplies I never ordered
I had to call my insurance company right away and tell them this was not my charge. It was a complete fraud. Their address is 5118 Park Ave, Ste 323 in Memphis, TN. Their phone number is (800) 695-5474 and they have an email [email protected]. I don't know how they got my info but they filed multiple claims. I never needed anything from them.
Health insurance denial letter for medical supplies I never ordered
I don't have any illness or injury that would need durable medical equipment. So it was weird. Luckily my insurance denied it because there was no medical evidence. So no money got paid out to them.
I think my health info got taken from a big data breach with ******* back in October 2025. I only found out about that a few weeks ago when MedStar told me.
