Ordered Memophril online then someone called pretending to be the company

I tried to order a product called Memophril. I put in my card information and it was declined. About 30 seconds later I got a call from a lady claiming to be from that company and she said she was sorry but their system was down could she help me out.

So I gave her the information and asked if I could order a second bunch and she said sure the total was around 600.00. We finished the transaction and my bank called and said someone was trying to use my card number in many places trying to charge thousands of dollars. I immediately put a fraud case on it.

I got ahold of the company and they said it wasn't them someone had hijacked their website. I lost 600 dollars. Their phone number was (253) 328-8849 and they had an address in Tacoma, WA.
