Charges every month for stuff I never ordered from menhauler.com

I keep getting charges on my credit card every single month from this company menhauler.com. I never ordered anything from them. When I called the number on my statement (888) 413-0494 the guy just gave me the run around. Wouldn't offer to credit back the money or anything.

They took $329.23 total so far. I tried emailing them at [email protected] too but no help. They're in Beachwood, OH but I don't know the exact address. Just want them to stop taking my money for stuff I didn't buy.

Charge on my account I didn’t recognize from menhauler

I saw this charge on my account for 39.99 and I had no idea what it was. So I went to the website MENHAULER.com and called the only number they had listed, (888) 413-0494.

A woman answered and she was just rude right away. Called me names and then hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and did the exact same thing. Wouldn’t tell me what the charge was for or anything. Just rude and hung up again.

Email from my bank about a charge from a site I never heard of

I got an email from my bank saying a transaction was declined from Menhauler.com because my card was locked. I have no idea what that charge was for, I never even heard of this website before. So I’m not sure how they got my account info.

I’ve already blocked them from my account and card so nothing else can go through.
