Ordered a car part and now they want more money for insurance

I ordered a product from Mercedes auto hub. Paid him $400 for the product and another $107 for shipping. Got a tracking number and everything. They shipped it from Arkansas to Virginia.

Then I got an email saying I need to pay $215 for shipping insurance. They said it's 100% refundable when the product gets delivered to Ct. I told them that was not the agreement at all. I already paid for shipping. That should be between them and the shipper, not me.
