Phone call saying I owe a medical debt I don't recognize

Some guy called from a number (839) 737-3344 saying he was from a collection agency called Mercer Tanner. He said I owed a medical bill and if I didn't pay them I'd be taken to court and my wages would be garnished. Then he said they'd settle for $215.03.

After that he said it would only cost me $1.17 right now to put everything on hold for 30 days. I looked up their website www.MercerTanner.com and their email is [email protected]. No idea what medical bill they're talking about. The whole thing felt off.
