Phone call about a loan that sounded off after a while

I got a call from someone saying I was going to get a loan for 4000. It sounded okay at first but after a while it just sounded funny. I did give them my ID picture and my bank account routing and account number which I know was dumb.

I have kept my account locked since then so I could look into it. I don't really have much money in that account anyway, only about 20 dollars and it's locked. I always lock it when my balance is low so I don't overdraft. I'm going to call my bank today and let them know it's a scam.
