Email asking for merchant statements to fix fees
The phone number they left was (214) 744-4304 and the address says Baton Rouge, LA. I don't know who these people are or how they got our info.
We didn't send anything. It just seemed off that a random email wants our statements to "fix" fees.
Got a suspicious call from someone claiming to be from merchant services
After that, I followed up twice by email to that same address. Never got a single reply back. It felt off, so we checked the Ecautious website. We found a bunch of complaints there describing the exact same thing that happened to us.
Got a call promising to lower our credit card fees
Their contact email is [email protected]. The whole thing felt off. Why would they need our statements just to talk about rates? I didn't send anything, but I wanted to report this.
