Email about a job interview from a company that might be fake

I got an email from someone named Michael Barreto saying he was from Merit Properties, LP. He said they wanted to schedule an interview with me.

Something felt off about it so I looked into it. Found out it’s been reported as a scam. Their website is meritpropertieslp.com and the address they gave is 600 N Pacific Ave Suite 353 in Glendale, CA. The email was [email protected].

Didn’t lose any money but still. Just weird getting an email like that out of nowhere.
