My elderly mom was overcharged for sandals and then hung up on.

My mom, who's elderly, ordered a pair of sandals from the website merrastore.com. They overcharged her for it, and her credit card company even verified the overcharge. When she called to ask for a refund, they just gave her the runaround. They kept saying they would process it and send a confirmation email, but they never did.

She called again today and they hung up on her. The address they list is Kalkofnsvegur 2 in Reykjavik, and it looks like someone's home, not a business. This whole thing seems like a scam operation. They took $89.99 from her. I just want to report what happened so other people don't get tricked.
