Rental listing took application fee and deposit then blocked me

Me and my boyfriend was looking for an apartment and I messaged this guy about it. He had us pay $75 for an application fee and then $150 for like a down payment. Then he asked us for $60 more and after that he blocked me.

We lost $220 total. I don't even know his real name or anything. Just felt strange the whole time but we really needed a place.

Told they would help with rent but then stopped replying

I needed help paying my back rent. They told me they would help me pay my rent and also help me with rent in the future. So I gave them my information like my lease and any papers from my landlord. Also my address.

They said they would look over everything and get back to me in three hours. They never did. I sent another message asking what was going on and they said their finance department would get back to me before the close of business yesterday. They never reached out.

When I tried to send another message it would not go through.

Casino game on Messenger cheated me out of my winnings

I thought I was playing a casino game on Messenger. Inside the game, they were cheating me out of my winnings and changing things. I watched myself win only to not get my winnings.

When I was told it's not a legitimate thing, I stopped playing. I want a refund of all the money he took, which was $800.
