Paid for parts then got hit with fake shipping fees

I paid for some parts for a project 3 wheeler to a guy under the Facebook page Honda atc parts. Asked for proof of parts, he sent pictures. So I paid $300. Then he sent me a shipping invoice from a sketchy website full of typos, it was www.metromailservices.com. Now the shipping company wants $377 dollars insurance to deliver my package. The seller won’t refund my money. I just want my parts or my money back.
