Ordered a dress and they kept pushing back the ship date

I ordered a dress on June 14 from this website mewmews.com. After two weeks it still had not shipped so I emailed them at [email protected]. They said it would ship out July 3rd. It is past that now and still nothing has shipped. I have lost $155.00 on this. They are located in New York City, NY but I do not know if that is real.

Ordered a dress and got something completely different

I bought a dress from Mewmews.com. When it arrived, it was a completely different dress than what was shown on their website.

They have a 7-day return policy, so I contacted them right away. Now they're telling me I can only get store credit and that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. This feels completely unfair. I just want my money back for a product they didn't even send.
