Got a bill from them after my husband passed away

I got a notice about a bill from MI INNOVATION LLC. They tried to charge my husband's Medicare $300 for some kind of leg sleeve thing on February 4th of this year. The date on it was 02/04/26.

The problem is my husband passed away last August, on 08/01/2025. Medicare isn't even a thing for him anymore. So of course Medicare denied the charge. It feels like they're just trying to bill for something that shouldn't have been sent at all. It's really upsetting to get something like this after he's gone.
