Bought a conditioner with no color in it, they won't give my money back

I bought a product from miapina.com and it was a complete scam. It was a conditioner that had no color in it at all. It just didn't work.

I tried to get my money back for it, $34.89, and they are refusing. They absolutely will not give it back to me. These people are scammers, to the extreme.
