Asphalt worker left tar all over my car and driveway then disappeared

A guy named Michael came by my house while I was cutting grass. Said he was Britt Reynolds brother. He gave me a deal on some asphalt work and said he would warranty it. I have his business card.

He sprayed tar everywhere. On my Cadillac CTS, on my garage walls, all over my new concrete pad. He said he would come back and clean it up. Never came back. I lost $400.

They just never showed up again.
