Money taken from my card by fake Microsoft site since October

Some scam site pretending to be Microsoft has been taking money from my credit card since October 2025. I didn't sign up for anything. They just kept withdrawing.

I lost $163.20 total. The phone number they used is (425) 882-8080 and the address says Redmond, WA. But I can't get ahold of anyone to file a complaint or get my money back. No one will help me with a refund.
