Job that started with signs turned into a huge loss

I was approached to do signs and it snowballed into me being a project manager. It was way too much to type out everything that happened. But 19 people are effected by this.

They got me for 140,000 dollars. The address they gave was in Middletown, PA, USA. I never really got a clear company name from them. It just kept growing and growing until I realized what was happening.
