Paid mielesupport.us $744 for a repair scam, now they won't refund me.

I contacted mielesupport.us to fix my Miele coffee brewer. I spoke with Patrick, Jen, and Hazel and they all said they were the same as the real Miele company. A technician named Dmitrii came out and said I needed new parts. He told me to pay half as a deposit, so I paid $744.79.

Later, a technician from the actual Miele company came and fixed my machine with no problem for $241. He said I didn't need any new parts and that I'd been scammed.

I've been trying to get a refund from mielesupport for almost two months now. I call many times a week. They avoid my calls and just say someone will call me back. They're being very shady—they won't give an email address and won't let me speak to a manager or anyone I talked to before. I've even gotten calls from different numbers saying they're from mielesupport, but when I call back, the number is disconnected.
