Facebook mechanic took my $60 and blocked me after I said no to $30 more

I was asking on Facebook if anyone knew a mobile mechanic. Someone suggested Mike Automotive Mobile Solutions LLC. So I messaged Mike on Facebook and we set up an appointment. But to book it I had to pay $60 upfront for the travel time.

When it got close to the time, Mike never text or called me. I had to message him first. He said he forgot about the appointment and then he said he ran out of gas and needed me to send him another $30. I told him I didn't want to pay the $30 and he got mad. I said just give me my $60 back then. He blocked me on all social media and messenger.
