Phone calls from Mike Wallace about a claim but no details

I keep getting these phone calls from a guy named “Mike Wallace” saying I have a claim against me but he won’t tell me anything about it. The phone number changes every time he calls but he says he’s the same person. The number I have from one of the calls is (877) 435-0453.

He says he’s in Kansas City, KS but I don’t know what this claim is even supposed to be about. I haven’t lost any money yet but it’s getting annoying because he keeps calling.
