Big envelope of clothes with no invoice and no tags

I got this big plastic envelope in the mail full of clothes. No invoice or anything in there. Each piece had no tags, no labels, no pricing. Some of them looked like they were not even new.

The shipping label looked weird too. It had an original label underneath from China and it was addressed to another person. Then someone put a new label on top of that one with my address and the sender says Mike Wand-RD01. No contact info, no return instructions, no invoice. Just clothes.

I lost $475 on this. The address they used is 414 W Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301.
