Package from Mike Wang with needle threaders I never ordered

I got a package from SwiftX express today. Inside were 3 needle threaders with instructions for use. I never ordered these.

The address on it is 414 Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301. The name on it is Mike Wang. I don't know who that is. I didn't get any email from him or from any website about this order. Nothing has been billed to me so far that I can see.

I'm sending a photo of the envelope and what was inside. Ref: Mike Wang. I just want to know why this was sent to me.

Strange vials of liquid showed up from someone I never ordered from

I got a package in the mail with several vials of some kind of liquid. It was from a Mike Wang and the return address says 414 W. Florence Ave., Inglewood, CA. I have no idea what this stuff is or why it was sent to me.

I didn't order anything like this. I'm trying to figure out if he used my credit card or my PayPal account to pay for it. Still checking on that.

Now I'm just stuck with these vials and I don't know what to do with them. This whole thing feels really off.
