Strange vials of liquid showed up from someone I never ordered from

I got a package in the mail with several vials of some kind of liquid. It was from a Mike Wang and the return address says 414 W. Florence Ave., Inglewood, CA. I have no idea what this stuff is or why it was sent to me.

I didn't order anything like this. I'm trying to figure out if he used my credit card or my PayPal account to pay for it. Still checking on that.

Now I'm just stuck with these vials and I don't know what to do with them. This whole thing feels really off.
