Jar of Rejuvacare showed up I never ordered

I got a jar of Rejuvacare in the mail that I did not order. It didn’t show anywhere on the package how it was paid for or anything. I looked up Mike Wang and saw he’s a scam artist. I have no idea how he got my name or my address.

I haven’t paid anything for it and it doesn’t even show he received payment so I’m just confused. The phone number on it is (989) 876-5456 and the address says 414 W Florence Ave. Just a strange thing to get out of nowhere.
