Ordered a kitchen item from a Facebook ad, got charged double and no refund.
About 45 minutes later I tried to cancel the order. What followed was a ton of back-and-forth emails. They said they can't do refunds or give a return address, even though their site says they will give you a refund and a return address. Then they claimed the item was already sent out. They just stalled me along for about two weeks. English isn't their first language, obviously, and they kept playing the same game over and over.
